Prices & Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. 

Prices

Prices listed in our online store include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable.  

Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary. 

Making a Purchase

Five easy steps are all it takes: 

  1. Clicking on a category of your choice. Then browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button above.
  2. Once you find a product you wish to purchase simply click the 'Add to Cart' button after making any appropriate selections such as Quantity, Size, and/or Colour.
  3. You will be shown the contents of your shopping basket where you can to confirm or modify your order.  
  4. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout or pay for your chosen products or you can continue to shop. You can add as many items to your basket as you desire. At any stage you can view the contents of your order by clicking the view shopping cart button.
  5. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We use Paypal for online transactions, payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch or from your existing Paypal balance. Credit card transactions are secure and are processed online at the end of the order process.

Order with payments made using other methods (including cheque) will not ship until the payment has cleared. We do not accept bankers drafts or money orders.

Special Order Items

All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made are non-returnable. Cancellation must be made within a week of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on (01580) 860860

Deliveries

We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order. However, at times delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.

Postage & Packing for small packets within the UK will be charged at £5.75 per order. Larger items will show postage charges at checkout. For shipping addresses outside of the UK please call us on +44 (0)1580 860860. We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. 

Tax Charges

For orders are calculated using the UK VAT rate of 17.5% if you wish to order for delivery abroad and are tax excempt please call the shop on (01580) 860860.

Credit Card Security

Credit card security is provided through PayPal, to ensure the security of credit card transactions, all payments utilise Secure Socket Layer technology. You will receive online confirmation of payment authorisation.

Wealden Saddlery take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Wealden Saddlery. 

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments.

Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances. (I.e. complaints regarding rugs)

Returned Goods

A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before us receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Due to the Health and Safety regulations, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health And Safety at Work Act 1974)

Privacy Policy

At Wealden Saddlery we are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the Data Protection laws applicable to the UK. We use the information you supply to process orders only, we will not sell or pass on any personal information to third parties.
